This charming and unique facility offers boarding for resident-owned/leased horses and a horse rental program. Riders and non-riders alike will also enjoy the horseshoe pits and various social events including summer BBQs, Easter at the Equestrian Center, horse shows, and Harvest Hoedown.
The rental program offers guided lessons and trail rides to residents and their guests. Reservations are required, and all riders must be at least 10 years old and weigh no more than 200 lbs. Riders new to the facility will first be scheduled for a 25-minute assessment lesson to determine their ability to safely participate in the rental program. All participants in horse-related activities must have a waiver on file, and minor waivers must also be signed by a parent or legal guardian and be updated each calendar year. Helmets are required for riders under 18, and boots and helmets are available in the office at no extra cost. In addition to the lessons and trail rides, classes on horsemanship are offered throughout the year.
